Sigtuna was Sweden’s second capital – Birka was the first capital. It’s a very quaint, little town with rich history; it still has some standing ruins.
It’s a great day trip destination with restaurants, historical sites, and shops. The town is surrounded by fun bike paths and a beautiful lake for a nice swim or sunbathing.
A must see!
